HUMANE SOCIETY OF CENTRAL ARIZONA
WALL OF HOPE FOR THE ANIMALS
A collaboration of student creativity from
Julia Randall Elementary and HSCAZ

Payson, AZ October 15, 2013 -- The Humane Society of Central Arizona has teamed up with 3rd and 5th Graders at Julia Randall Elementary to design the 2013 Wall of Hope fundraising murals. This display of four boards holds 200 envelopes. Each envelope has been designed by a student and contains a number that represents a possible donation amount of $1 to $200.
The Wall of Hope project is a simple fundraising effort to hopefully offset some of the financial needs of operating the shelter as we head into the winter months. With envelopes for sale beginning for one dollar and going up to maximum amount $200.
HSCAZ’s Kindred Spirits Committee will host a holiday open-house at the shelter on Saturday, November 16th, 10 am to noon. Cider and cookies will be served.
The Wall of Hope project was put on display October 1st and is running through November 20t. The envelopes may be viewed and chosen during regular shelter hours. Envelopes may also be claimed over the telephone or through www.humanesocietycentralaz.org.
Shelter hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 10 am to 2 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 1:30 to 5:30.
