Floyd Cramer Legacy in Payson Feb. 21

Live On Stage, Inc. and the Tonto Community Concert Association announce
Jason Coleman to continue their 2012-2013 Concert Season

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – (February 5, 2013) – Jason Coleman, grandson of the legendary Nashville pianist Floyd Cramer, continues his family’s tradition in this nostalgic and entertaining tribute at the Payson High School Auditorium in Payson, Arizona on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 7:00 pm.  Single tickets are $35 as available.  Children and youth under the age of 18 will be admitted free when accompanied by a ticket holding adult. For more information visit the association website at www.tccarim.org or call 928-478-4363 or 928-474-4189

The association has also sponsored a student outreach performance for this artist as part of their ongoing commitment to support arts education in Payson.

In addition to touring the “Legacy” show, Jason Coleman is an active recording musician and church music associate in Nashville, TN.  He debuted on the Grand Ole Opry at age 17. Coleman’s natural inclination to the piano was clear by the age of five.  In addition to his formal training, Jason displayed an uncanny reflection of his grandfather’s stylings.  Most famously he performed piano duets with Floyd on “Music City Tonight” hosted by Lorraine Crook and Crystal Gayle at the age of nine, and on “Nashville Now” hosted by Ralph Emery at four years of age.  Most notably for Cramer, however, was his performance at the induction of his grandfather into the Country Music Hall of Fame with the Opry House Band.  To watch a video featuring Jason Coleman follow this link.

The Tonto Community Concert Association is committed to bringing quality entertainment to the Rim Country through an annual concert series and support of the fine arts in Payson schools.  This series is intended as an enriching cultural experience for the people of Payson and those in surrounding communities.

Live On Stage, Inc. provides excellent, affordable, entertainment attractions and support services to an American community of concert presenters.  For more information, visit www.LiveOnStage.biz.
