Congrats to all !
I just received word from Senator (Syliva) Allen that Senate Bill 1213, which would allow Gila Community College (GCC) to become independent, passed the full Senate this evening (March 1).
Thanks to you and your e-mail contacts, we did it. Now, within a day or two, it will be shipped over to the House so we can do the same thing all over again.
We have Senator Allen to thank for taking this challenge on and winning.
