Baritone brings 'Heroes and Villains' to Payson

NASHVILLE, TN - (October 1, 2010) – Classic American Baritone and recording artist, Daniel Narducci, brings his “Heroes and Villains: From Broadway to Hollywood” performance to the Payson High School Auditorium in Payson, AZ on Sunday, Oct. 3 at 2:30 p.m.

This is the second performance in the Tonto Community Concert Association’s 2010-2011 concert season. Season tickets are $80 and Single Admission tickets are $30 (if seating is available). Children and youth, grade 12 and under, will be admitted free when accompanied by a ticket holding adult. Daniel Narducci’s career has taken him from the concert hall to Broadway, opera and television. Mr. Narducci has appeared with some of the pre-eminent orchestras of our time, including the Chicago, Philadelphia, Toronto and Cleveland symphonies.

Notable performances are his televised appearances with the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra from Beijing, China during the 2008 Olympics, the PBS broadcast of “Pops at the Phil: A Century of Broadway” co-starring Frederica von Stade and a national tour of “Camelot” as Lancelot opposite Robert Goulet’s Arthur.

No stranger to the opera stage, Daniel is in high demand across North America and Europe. Mr. Narducci has recorded three albums with Archaeus Records, including “Timeless Broadway.”

The Tonto Community Concert Association is committed to bringing quality entertainment to the Rim Country through an annual concert series and support of the fine arts in Payson schools.
