Carpenter will speak at July 8 CAC meeting

Citizens Awareness Committee co-chairs Jim Hippel and Bill Michaelis announce that Payson Town Councilor Fred Carpenter will be the featured speaker at the next meeting of the CAC -- 2 p.m. Thursday, July 8, at the Payson Public Library meeting room.

His topic will be, "Why I ran for Office and (what I) Plan to Accomplish."

The July 22 meeting will be a forum featuring Senator Sylvia Allen and Representative Bill Konopnicki.

The public is welcome at CAC meetings.
